Hp 5000 manual feed won't pick-up

I have a Hp 5000 manual feed won't turn and pick-up paper, I cleaned all solenoid clutches and still jams, but when I put a little pressure on the metal plate that lift paper up then it work ok, please help

For what it is worth, the first thing I'd do here is double check that the paper being used is within the specifications listed for the machine. And then make sure that Tray 1 is set up correctly for that type of paper. It sounds a little bit like someone is trying to feed heavy or special paper without setting the machine up to actually use that.
Then I would replace the feed roller and separation pad for Tray 1 from the maintenance kit.
That's worked for me. Hopefully that will work for you, too.

Check the t1 pickup shaft to see if it is twisted and the gear on the end is ok. Also think that geat has a spring attached to pull the gear so it engages wheb the solenoid releases.

I found problem, there is a pick-up sharft was losing pressure to engage solenoid
