Do these errors appear when you are running tests from control panel or only when printing from PC?
    What have you tried already?
Did you print from tray 1?
Are these the only errors in event log?

I have a few ideas but answering these questions would narrow it down a bit.

Could that be the fuser sleeve slipping?

Could be fuser, could be delivery asm, could be sensors.

Size mismatch errors could be pages in the machine after the jam is cleared in the fuser. Or it could be causing the problem in the first place. Troubleshooting is required. The machine has a Diagnostic section that can be utilized to test the sensors. You will require the service manual to perform this. If you have another fuser, you could quickly rule that out of the equation.

I updated the firmware, tested the sensors all ok. HMMMM then I looked at the "Top of Page" sensor SR9 then for the fun of it I bent up the guide that goes over it, no more jamming. Still got Size mismatch errors. HHHMMM Kept forming the the guide till that cleared up Fixed YAHOOO!
I knew when I started it was going to be something stupid.
