    [Jamming] HP CP5225

    Greetings everyone,
Cannot perform duplex mode, the paper(in reverse path) is jammed at delivery roller(paper delivery assembly) every time.
Checked: The duplex reverse solenoids (SL3,SL7) - tested ok
The jammed paper does not reach the Duplex feed roller.
    Please advice
    Thanks

I replaced the duplex drive assembly
Same problem : jam in duplex area.
I can see that the duplex feed roller is not working.
Is there any sensor or motor to check?
        Please advice
        Thanks

What is the jam code being generated? You never mentioned it in your original post. Also is simplex printing ok?

Hi,there is no code (on screen: "jam in print paper path) and simplex printing is ok.
I am using the CP5225dn UPD PCL5 driver, is it ok ?

13.0000 is a generic jam code. The self diagnostics on this machine blow. All i can think of is checking your paper size/type, looking at the sensors and guides in the delivery assy, and possibly the fuser aswell. There is no paperpath test or sensor test on this model. It is very limited on component diagnostics. Without actually seeing the machine sorry i can't be much more help.

                      Good luck.

that all looks fone you could try a different driver if you want. Also checking for latest firmware is a very faint possibility.

I forgot to mention that it's my very first intervention on this model and the machine was first repaired by someone else before.
Can you please verify(see photo below) if the HP CP5225dn should have two Motors(duplex version),i can see only one here which is connected to the PCA.
                            Thanks and regards,

If you get the service manual it has a few diagrams on the motors and what they drive and also how the paper feed system works. Just google the service manual and you should be able to download it free.
