i need to replace the tray feed tires on this machine and i cant for the life of me get the old tires off. it looks lie the are a half moon tire and you have to release both sides of the white holder. normally hp makes it easy to change feed tires but not this machine. do you have any tricks to getting them off or do i have to find some way to slide the whole shat off the machine? thanks

You must enter in 2ndry Service Menu to do that.
Press the Left Arrow button and the Cancel button
simultaneously and select Pick Roller,press OK and the Roller rotates in replacement mode.This sequence is from CP-2020 Manual,i hope is the same.Defects are simple, our mind is complicated -
