HP CM1312 Printing lines across the page even with new genuine black toner

Please see the attachments. 20140827105741349_0001.pdf20140827105741349_0002.pdf20140827105741349_0003.pdf20140827105741349_0004.pdfThe lines are every three inches across (horizontal), it was a double line with an old toner and with a new toner it is a single line. (the toner cartridge has the drum in it also - all in one) The back of the page has many lines going across. Would this be the transfer roller or belt? And/or is there a corona wire that I need to clean? Thanks in advance.

usually it would be different colors but it looks similar anyway look at this link also that is basically the same machine engine with an adf.

Thank you, it did turn out to be the yellow reman toner that once replaced solved the issue. Much appreciated!
