[Error Code] HP Laserjet 600 M602 Error 59.00.30

Hi

has anyone had this Error code 59.00.30 on boot up of the machine only when the Duplex unit is installed can anyone advise I've swapped the Duplex units over with another machine and got the same issue any help will be much appreciated

Pull all the connectors out at the DC controller and reconnect them.

A motor error has occurred.

Paper path malfunction
Recommended action
59.00.20 or 59.00.30
Feed motor (M101) failure (start-up or rotational)
1. Reconnect the connector (J191) on the feed motor and the connector (J91) on the DC controller
PCA.
2. Use the feed motor (M101) drive test in the Component test to verify that the motor is properly
functioning. If is not, replace the feed motor (M101).
