Counters and Config page

I use Webjet admin to monitor my HP devices and I've had a number of complaints from my Staff that Webjet's counters do not match the config page my department heads can print.


Does anyone know why the config pages doesn't match the MIB ?

1,000 of pages I don't understand this I cannot get the Config page to match to the MIB meter. I look at the Config page and even they do not match to the total page count. why does HP do this with its counters?

Is your department running through a html proxi-server ?
You may not be reading lastest up to date config print out ?
Try clearing your web cache and check the mfd again.

For what it is worth, I think there is an older thread dealing with this issue around here somewhere. But I tried to find it for quite a while yesterday and failed, so I don't know.
Anyway, if you want to try searching for it yourself, I'm pretty sure it can't be more than two or three years old. And while I am pretty sure it was in the HP forum, I suppose it could be in the connectivity forum as well.
