HP Laserjet P4015X with 41.8 Error message

Hi

Can anyone shed any light on this issue and what it relates to I found the following on another website which seemed to fix the issue but then came back later in the day.

HP Error Code:41 - Temporary Print Engine ErrorExplanation:The printer has experienced a temporary printer engine error, which can normally be easily resolved.

What to do: Turn the printer off at the machine, then the mains and leave for 30 seconds. Turn back on and resend the print job if necessary.

Can anyone confirm this is correct or incorrect

If the motor is running for an extended period before the code appears you need to replace the fusing assembly.

I did read somewhere that it could be fuser related I'll give that a try thanks for your help

I would also update the Frimware

Firmware Upgrade Issue, P4015, P4014, P4515 Hanging Display, Poor Fusing
