[Misc] Loud dragging Noise Hp 500 M575MFP

Costumer complaint about Printer making loud noise it's actually very loud and sort of dragging noise coming from right side of the printer after every print job, individual Component test is fine in service mode, no noise between print job as well, it only occurs after completing the print/copy job.I have replaced ITB,(YCMK)Cartridges, Fusing Unit but it didn't help. Could it be something wrong with drive unit?Have anyone came across this problem? Regard's

just an update...After 3 hours of dismantling and reassembling the Drive assembly I brought another set of (CMYK) Toner cartridges and that actually fixed the problem....2X Black Cartridges had the same exact problem..(loud dragging noise).

Just curious. Were they using genuine HP cartridges or 3rd party? I've seen this type of noise on other HP machines when using some brands of 3rd party cartridges.

They were using genuine HP cartridge's and most those failed 1x Yellow & 2x Black..
