    [Jamming] Hp laser printer c 5525. Paper jam 13.ff.ff

    Dear all.
    i am facing a problem with HP 5525 . IT SHOWING PAPER JAM .OPEN UPPER SIDE COVER REMOVED THE JAM PAPER AND CLOSE THE SIDE COVER. But ther is no paper in side. i replace the fusing unit with a working printer. but the problem the same. it showing jam 13.ff.ff. if any body know this issue please reply me.

      Make sure the paper isn't bad or loaded badly.
      Then check that the roller that feeds the paper from the selected source is in good shape and is operating properly.

          Look at the registration Assy very carefully. May look good visually but would suggest you take a much closer look at to inspect the rollers for warping, or in some cases it may have come dislodged. 13 errors are very misleading when it's not obvious.
