[Error Code] hp lj 9050n error code

error code 65.12.99 output device disconnected. checked and cleaned 8 bin stacker interface cables and still comes back after awhile. Removing stacker operates ok and no codes.

Solution:

Solution or Workaround: Check all hardware connections first.
Workaround is to turn off PowerSave. Issue has been resolved in firmware version 08.021.7. Flash firmware to the latest versions of firmware for the whole printer system.
