    hp cp 2025d

    Machine is dead after installing feed roller kit. What could have the technician did to cause this

    That's odd. Maybe if there was a lot of spilled toner in the machine, after he turned it up to replace the roller, something landed on the board?

      If you could explain exactly why the machine is "dead", we would be better able to provide you with help for your problem.

        Sorry, the technician went there for a simple replace feed roller kit. It worked before he replaced kit. he said he unplugged from both the wall and removed cord from back of printer. he tipped machine on its back. when he tried to turn back on it didnt respond in any way no lights no fans, nothing. We are guessing its the PSU. when we took apart there was not much toner if any spewed about the printer.

          First thing I would do is check the fuser as he had laid the machine on its back.

            You also might want to check the power cord's connection to the machine. And maybe check the voltage from wall socket the machine is plugged into as well.
