I'm normally a Ricoh / Canon / KM engineer. I've been given a hp photosmart 5510 to look at by someone in our office.
From what I can see the head cleaning carriage is being driven forward and not stopping, so I'm guessing that the sensor is covered in waste ink.
My question is: Where is the sensor that controls the head cleaning carriage position and how do I get to it ?
