    HP QqCM4540

    Hi Guys

Have a customer with HP CM4540. Issue is with the Display. A few characters to the left of the keyboard namely Q W E S D have unusual characteristics in so much as when typing in the folder destination (using qwerty keyboard) these particular keys put in the wrong letters. i.e. W will put in 3, E will put in 4, S will put in E. The rest of the keyboard is fine just these few letters. We have installed a brand new keyboard but did not resolve problem. I assume there is a way of adjusting keyboard but cannot find a way. The machine is only 9 Months old
    Thanks
