HP CLJ 2550L "Ghost" image.

Hi everyone!
I printed test images with different colors.
"Ghost " image on cyan, magenta, yellow. Black prints good.
Cartridges and Imaging unit are new and original. I replased all, but the problem still remains
Help me, please.

May want to look at hvps and contacts or possibly engine board looks like the transfer belt cleaning rollers are not being charged properly.
