This HP OfficeJet 7500A Wide Format printer reads that it has a misfeed on the display. However, I've checked and there is no misfeed. Also, the print cartridge is stuck to the right and I can't get it to move. Any ideas as to why this would happen and how to resolve these issues? Thank you for your help.

Are there any error codes? Sorry, that's kind of important as I have recently discovered (yikes, that was embarrassing).
That being said, you indicated there was no misfeed. What did the printed pages that were produced by the machine before the false misfeed indication look like? Could the machine have a problem with the paper not feeding at all (the classical definition of a misfeed)?

I went out and looked at the machine today and saw that it read on the display: Carriage Jammed, Remove Misfeed.Comment
