    HPLJ CM2320nf MFP

    Hi there.

    I have a HPLJ CM2320nf that show only the logo and a rectangel on the display.
    I have try a cold reset but no use.
    Is there any way I can go around this issue.

      reseat everything on the formatter connectors dims ect... Possible memory or formatter try NVRAM reset

          Most likely a bad formatter board although I have had the fax modem cause this also.
          There's no way around it without changing the boards that I know of.
