[Misc] Hp designjet z5200 - image quality issue!!!

Hi all,

I have a HP Designjet Z5200PS printer in a copy centre. The printer is about 6 months old, everything was working smootly, until about a week ago.
The prints of photos is pourly produced. It seems as if the colors are coming out grey. Done head cleaning, calibration, etc..... all the normal actions.
Still no go.

Can anyone please comment on something simalar.
