    HP 3035 toner cartridge stuck

    Has anyone seen an issue on this model with the toner cartridge getting stuck in the machine? Customer cannot remove if paper gets jammed underneath. Have seen this twice. Had to pry the unit out with screwdriver. Am I missing something?

      I've had that. Had to break something to get it out because customer forgot to pull the tab.

          Problem was cartridge drive not releasing due to broken front door linkage.
