    HP LJ P4015

    Hello.
my customer upgraded firmware by HP upgrade utility by network and after upgrading the message "Resend update" left on the display.
The printer operate normally. The new version of firmware is listed on the status page.

I tried to resend upgrade first time by ftp (totalcommander) and second time by USB connection using command line to localhost\printer_sharename but it did not help us.
Upgrading firmware always run pass without any visible problem but after reboot and initiallization the message "Resend update" is still displayed.

    Any idea ?

    Thank you for your help.

    1. Turn the printer power off
    2. Power the printer back on and watch for the memory count to begin
    3. Hold down the Cancel (X) button when you see the memory count begin. Continue holding this button down until all three printer control panel lights flash once and then remain on. This may take up to 10 seconds.
    4. Press the SELECT (OK) button and then the MENU button.

    6. Press the SELECT (OK)

    8. Press the SELECT (OK)

    10. Press the SELECT (OK)
    11. Turn the printer off and power back on.

Google is a great tool for techs.
