    50.7: Pressure release mechanism failure
Maybe there is another paper jammed elsewhere causing the fuser not to drive back to home position

Any chance they could of got a bad fuser unit?
I recently had a P4515 that gave that exact error code, and it was because the main gear assembly on the original fuser was breaking up.
Just a thought, sorry if it was a waste of time.

        Thanks gents for reply,

the original error was 50.2( I think 50.2 don't remember error but remember that it meant over heat condition) a fuser was ordered and replaced now getting 50.7 when they run big jobs. But one or two prints no faults. Would have to power off to reset, sometimes there is a humming sound as if the gears does not engage. I exchange the pressure sensor with old fuser and every thing seem find for that day. But fault returned.
