hp laserjet 4345 mfp

Is there any body can help, I have hp laserjet 4345mfp i power it up and i wait from morning till night it will not ready, i shut down and power it back it will not get to ready !!! is there anybody that know the solution to this problem?

More information please.
Does the display on the control panel show anything, or is it completely blank?
Does the machine even make noises like the motors or fans are running, or is the machine completely silent? (If it is completely silent, have you checked both ends of the power cord?)
Sorry for asking questions, as I imagine you are anxious to have your machine working properly. Unfortunately, we can't see or hear your machine, and don't have enough information to give you a proper answer yet.

Most likely you have a loose connection at the formatter board plug (pull out and clean the contacts on the board) or a bad formatter..note the COMPLETE model number of the printer when ordering a new one.

you need to replace the power supply ( the one that is under the toner cartridge) it lays horizonally. a little involved but just a lot of screws. GOOD LUCK

I would think formatter, like Has Been said. At least, that's where I'd start. Could also be firmware, which is in the formatter. I can't remember if it's M4345 or 4345, but one of those has the firmware chip as a separate part, which can be replaced without replacing the whole formatter.

HP LaserJet 4345 and M4345 MFP Product Series - Printer Hangs at Power-Up with the HP Logo on a Dim Display

Issue:

When powering up the HP LaserJet M4545 MFP, the printer will hang at the HP Logo, showing the boot-up stage of 6/6 E on the display. The display will also be dim. For the HP LaserJet 4345 MFP, only the HP Logo will show on a dim display as it does not show the specific boot-up stages.
Also, the formatter heart beat led will flash and the DC Controller fan (fn104) will rotate, and the engine test will not print with or without the formatter installed.

Replace the appropriate engine power supply:

Any time i have come across this issue it unfortunately results in a formatter replacement. Have you any other devices handy you could swap one out with and see?
