    HP Color LaserJet 3800dn

    How do I access the service mode for a HP Color LaserJet 3800dn, and is that where you go to access the print quality adjustments when basic adjustments don't work? Thank you for any help given.

          I can't imagine doing print quality adjustments on the machine to improve anything. I've been working on these an awful long time, and I've never touched the quality adjustments. If there's a problem with your print, then, most likely, something needs to be replaced.
