    HP Color Lasejet CP3525 YELLOW BACKGROUND

    This machine is producing all yellow background on all color printouts as shown in attached samples. But it is normal for b/w ones.
    I seek your help please!

      Did you replace the yellow ctg?

          The drum in the yellow cartridge isn't getting charged at all. I'd replace the cartridge like theengel said.
