    [Jamming] HP 5SI

Have two 5SI that are jamming with a13 error code.
Will print from tray 1 only.
Had the machine apart all is clear.
Will not even try to pick from either tray.

replace the entire pickup assembly, if you can still find one, they were around 100.00 or less it'll solve all those problems. GOOD LUCK

Is there a way to tell if it's the paper pickup or the paper input assy?

They are both the same unit with different names. The part number is RG5-1852.

Since you have not provided no information about what you have done other than tearing it apart, the best solution

techs will give you is to replace part number RG5-1852 and they are RIGHT!
