using kyocera mobile print on ios

Hello,
My customer would like to use Kyocera mobile print app on iphone with FS-3540MFP.
We have two problems.
We can not choose any document on his iPhone, when we click on document ikon from apps menu we can not do anythink. (Picture works)
When we choose document from filesystem of iphone and we send it to to the Kyocera apps, apps opens without document (Picture not works as well by this way)

* Google drive or email could be browsed.

You must open the document on the iPhone and select "copy to Mobile Print" to save it in "documents" in the mobile print app.

It does not work.

After choosing "copy to mobile Print", apps opens and documents is empty.
