[Misc] Kycoera ECOSYS M3540idn Memory Full Message

I have a machine that when the customer tries to fax more than 1 page they get the Memory Full message. I looked everywhere on how to reduce the memory but am coming up with no solution.

Any help on this?

Hi Phil
Its not a brand that we service everyday and I don't have access to the guides. I was just looking for some help as there are not too many forums that discuss Kyocera machines. So this is why I joined this site today.

Any default setting changes required a reboot to take affect on KYOCERA machines and yes adding memory will also increase fax side.
