eror 42.25 (mismatch) on lex mark MS510DN

by changing toner cartridge for a new one (original) i have got the message error 42.25 mismatch erea ....
the same cartridge woerks normaly on another lex mark Ms510 printer..

may you help me to fix the probleme please.

A 42 or Cartridge Region Mismatch error indicates that the installed toner cartridge is manufactured for a different geographic region than the printer.
The printers and toner cartridges each have a certain geographical code tagged to them, much like the coding on DVD players and DVDs. They must be coded to the same geography in order for them to work together. If you install a toner cartridge that does not match the region of the printer, the printer will post a Cartridge Region Mismatch error.
The geographical regions concerned are as follows:

• USA & Canada
  
• Europe, Middle East, & Africa (EMEA)
  
• Asia & Pacific Region
  
• Latin America (Central & South America)

We had an issue with this a while back and it was due to a wrong shipment sent or something to that effect, can't recall at this moment. Anyway, you should call your lexmark dealer or supplier and notify them and have them send you a tested cartridge that works for your region. Your supplier probably has a whole bunch of those cartridges and he may be getting complaints from others too about this same issue.
