Is anyone aware of a report on Lexmark printers, cs748de, that records toner cartridge replacements
I am aware of toner coverage reports in Device statistics, but I am after a report that gives the total number of toner cartridges the device has recorded as being fitted / replaced in the equipments lifetime.
I ask this as I have supplied a lot of toner to one client under a maintenence agreement, but the page counts do not tally to the massive amount of toner that I have shipped to site
Any advice welcomed, PS I will install FM monitoring tomorrow
