    Lexmark C736dn password reset

We have a Lexmark C736dn in our office that someone who shouldn't have stuck a password on. It had a replace PCU message and we replaced the PCUs but now can't reset them because we can't get into the menus.

Is there a way to reset the security password? I've tried resetting the NVRAM (holding down Left/Right/Up while powering on) -- it says "Restoring Factory Defaults" and asks me to pick a language and time zone and all that, but the password remains.

This is the login screen I get when trying to access any menu through the web server.

Any suggestions? Doesn't seem to be anything helpful in the service manual.

Never mind, figured it out. You can bypass the security with the security jumper, JSEC1, on the system board. Move the jumper over and power the printer on and you should be able to get into the menus (unless an admin previously disabled that setting).
