I received a call from a client with the above message, they tried re-seating the fuser with the printer off and unplugged. I ordered a new fuser maintenance kit and installed it. I still have the same error. I'm not really familiar with these printers and am unsure if there is a way to correct this error. I checked the connector to the fuser and it seems fine. Thank you in Advance.
