Lexmark MS810n Re-install missing or unresponsive fuser (31.80)

I received a call from a client with the above message, they tried re-seating the fuser with the printer off and unplugged. I ordered a new fuser maintenance kit and installed it. I still have the same error. I'm not really familiar with these printers and am unsure if there is a way to correct this error. I checked the connector to the fuser and it seems fine. Thank you in Advance.

I'm going to check the controller board and make sure the J27 wire is plugged in, if it is, I will replace the controler board. I will let you know how it ends up.
