lexmark 950de copy count won't reset

Fighting a Lexmark 950de that will not reset back to 1 copy after a copy job. 1 hour later still has previous user copy count. EX. If I make 10 walkup copies and walk away, 1-2 hours later it still stays on 10 copies and does not reset back to 1 copy. Any input on this weirdo ?

Go to your settings menu and then down to timeouts and see if the copy and print timeouts are disabled.
