I have a customer that is going through magenta toner 3 times faster than all other colors, not running anything special that has a lot of magenta

If you check other responses on this Lexmark forum this series introduced in 2012 suffers from chronic defective drum units.
There is no fix other than to keep on replacing them.
Lexmark (now Apex Technologies, China) is not going to do anything.
I hope this device is not under service contract as you will loose money every day that they turn it on.
