    Configuring device quotas on XM7355

I have a customer who wants to track printing and copying for billing purposes. I've configured the XM7355 to use Device Quotas and everything seems to work like it's supposed to. On the control panel the Copy button is locked and requires a user name to unlock and when I print I have the driver ask for the User Name. The lock/unlock works perfectly. If they print using the wrong user name then nothing comes out and they can't copy unless the correct user name is entered. My issue is that the Device Quotas app and the reports don't show the counts. I can do 10 prints and 5 copies user a specific user name, but it still says zero in the prints and copies column of the user report. There is a column that shows NonAuthenticated use - but that number hasn't changed since I configured the Device Quota settings. The main meter advances but it's not being tracked by the Device Quotas app. I feel like I'm missing a step and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction?

I've tried calling Lexmark support and it's been challenging trying to find someone who know anything about Device Quotas. They promised to give my number to a specialist and he was going to call me "within minutes" but several hours later still no call. So here's hoping someone on this forum can help me out!
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Re: Configuring device quotas on XM7355

I just wanted to follow up on this post: the solution was updating the Device Quotas app. Being new to Lexmark, I didn't realize the apps didn't update with firmware. Once I brought Device Quotas up to the latest version everything worked as it should!
