I am a xerox technician i have worked for xerox for over 30 years and i developed an app to help identify xerox products all xerox products are identified by the first three characters of thier serial number ie a ex7123456 would be a 5855 and yet a ex9 would be a 5890 as an example. and sometimes different products use SOME different parts. So anyways we just merged with another company who also services lexmark . and i am wondering is there such a database as that for lexmark ie a 8qvx is a MC2535ad
and a 9gh tis a B2236dw or anything like that? even IF its only in your head i would like to modify the app for other brands
