To enable the effect of the security reset jumper, from the Embedded Web Server, navigate to: Settings >Security > Miscellaneous Security Settings > Security Reset Jumper > Enable “Guest” Access.
See if the controller pwb has a security reset jumper. Unplug the device, move the jumper and then boot up. Once it boots up power it down and unlpug the device. Move the jumper back to its original position. I think the jumper is yellow if it exists on thie model.
