Lexmark error code 653.84 can't find in service manual

Hello,

Lexmark CX820 getting code 653.84 but it is not in service manual.

Does anyone know what this is.

Pretty sure we had this code and it was the reference edge gearbox. Once it was removed and we tried to turn it there was an obvious issue as it was locked up tight.

Here are the codes for a for a CS725. Might be similar.

According to the Lexmark KB it's due to the reference edge gearbox, as mentioned previously (PN: 41X0115) or the cable running for it.

Try turning the passthrough roller for a full revolution in both directions, it should run freely both ways.
