Does anyone have any tips for registering devices on CFM? It used to be so simple, just run the printer enrolment tool and it discovered the device. I'm now running into issues where we have some devices that fall into the "not eligible" category when running the tool. They use the Native Agent where you need to grab a code from the device and use that to register on CFM. The problem I have is that several of these devices seem to just constantly spool on the web portal with the message: "Checking connection to Lexmark Cloud Connection Services..." The code never pops up. So I can't register it. Anybody else seeing this and have a workaround? I have latest FW, I've tried rebooting, and tried a different network - no joy.

Registering device on Lexmark CFM

Re: Registering device on Lexmark CFM
I figured it out. Apparently there's a difference between using the Printer Enrolment Tool on a Mac vs. a PC. I use a Mac and have used the tool on it for years with no issue. But when I tried the enrolment tool on a PC, instead of the printers showing up the ineligible column, they showed us as eligible and I was able to register them. Looks like the Mac version needs an update for compatibility with newer printers. Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
