    Lexmark CS417de

    Two days ago It came up with the message insufficient resources. I unplugged it and plugged back in and message went away. The message came back today.
    Has anyone encountered this or have any suggestions ?

    what is the customer doing when the error appears? printing, copying, scanning? firmware?

      I forgot to mention in my original post they can print and scan without getting the message. It only happens when they try to copy.

        In past cases this message was eliminated with a firmware update. What level is this device at?

          Thanks mloudy we did update firmware and so far no message.
