One of my customers has 2 of these and they both have different problems. I came up dry from my tech support sources. One machine stops with the paper just before it enters the fuser. The image in on center, nothing grabbing the paper. The other is jamming on the left side no matter which tray you use. the rear edge of the paper is wrinkled like it is dragging on something. I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with these.

Did you ever get these issues resolved?Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
