    [Error Code] lexmark c782 error code 960

    I need help ! Manual say replace system board. That's easy to say but 500.00 easy.
    Anybody had same problem? Have a good day all tech!

      Hi,
      The error indicates a failure of the RAM memory that is soldered onto the printer's main controller/system board. Turn off the printer. If you have any extra memory SIMMs or code SIMMs installed in the printer, remove them. Power on the printer. If error is not displayed, problem is caused by the SIMMs you just removed. If the 960 error continues, the main controller/system board on the printer will probably need to be replaced. I hope I can assist you more on this.

          Thanks but it doesn't have any extra memory. Looks like system board need to relpace.
