    Lexmark XS463de I need a copy of the cardcopy software

    Shows how often we go on the dealer site. Got a hold of support at Lexmark Canada and he couldnt remember how to do it either. How cool is that!!

    So can anyone email me the cardcopy software utility at david@lbm.on.ca ...thanks

    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

      You cannot just download a feature like Card Copy, or Customer Support, or any of the others. You must upgrade the system online with Lexmark. Your dealership will have a login for this website: Lexmark | Lexmark PartnerNet

      That is how it is done.

      You can however download firmware updates.

          `you are correct...and we found our password and got cardcopy down and installed...all is good...thanks for the tip as well
