[Jamming] Lexmark Optra E User Guide / Tech Manual

Have a customer that has a Optra E that needs attention. My company is a Konica Minolta dealer. I've never seen a Optra E, or I guess I haven't since I don't know what they look like. Can anyone tell me if it's even worth looking at.
If so, where can I find a service manual since the Lexmark site says "discontinued". Any info, "Input, Input", would be appreciated.
    TIA
