I just installed a t-644 into a network where the head office asigns the drivers and IP address . The customer cant print from a few specific programs and the head office IT says they need a memory flash card . Is this just more memory or is it a specific card ?

If they have an older mainframe application or perhaps a check printing application they might need the correct forms or printcryption card. If it's the printcryption/micr card they will need to set it up properly for checks to print out, that would be IT's job to take care of.
But if this a brand new printer not a service swap, why didn't the customer spec the correct product? Product is working as intended, customer just needs to put in a PO for the correct stuff.
