Hi world. First time user. Having trouble with both these printers when trying to use the duplex function. As a single side printer both are working well. But put it into duplex mode and they both jam at the micro switch in the bottom of the duplex. Both printers are connected to different computers, different offices. I've tried changing the paper to a better grade with slight success and the rollers have had a touch up. I'm open to any suggestion, preferably ones that pertain to fixing this problem. Hi Silvertoast, Thanks for your suggestion. The Lexmark T632 needed another Duplex ensemble. Luckily I had a couple lying around and was able to by p[rocess of elimination fix that sucker. The Lexmark T644 was just placed on a crooked bench and this was enough to warp the Duplex unit and twist the paper feed causing the paper jam. I just moved the printer a few centimetres, checked no twist applied to the duplex unit, replaced the printer, and Lo, no more paper jams.
