E460 How to reset printer's maintenance kit?

Hi,
My printer shows "replace maintenance kit" message.
I've found the fuser kit and i will buy it.
The question is,
When i will change it how i will reset the counter?
Does it reset by it self somehow?
Can i reset the counter without replacing the kit?

If the equipment is upgraded with the firmware simply press there five seconds with the door open and the machine is reset, but can access the menu coach (2 +6)at startup and reset there.

I pressed (2+6) at startup and nothing happened. I have not updated the firmware.

Not sure what "simply press there five seconds" means. What does "there" refer to ?
Any suggestions ?

If this is a Lexmark E460: With the printer off, press and hold the Check Mark and the Right Arrow button while turning on.
Release when the Clock is displayed. The Maintenance reset is one of the first items, select Reset
