Or does anyone else have alot of problems with the BSD Lexmark products? It seems these machines have very high failure rates out of the box or shortly after they are installed. Also a ton of defective toner carts, drums etc. We sell mostly xs734,xs658,xs463,xs955 etc. We are lucky enough to be able to RMA the ones that have issues early on. We have lots of 900 firmware errors, feed clutch failures on the 46x series (a real pain ), wierd problems that require restoring the base defaults etc.
Is it just us??

we have 139 schools here using lexmark which we maintain but parts
are not easily available and costly, so we change to HP products..,
i think it will last much better than lexmark.. hopefully..(sigh..)Comment

I found out the hard way that if you update the firmware (on X65x), you'll end up using only Lexmark toner from that point on. I went round and round w/ Lex Tech support until they FINALLY admitted that the newest firmware locks out remans. Unless you have a toner supplier that GUARANTEES compatibility, be careful.
