Lexmark T640

I was looking for the Black Oil Fuser Wiper for a Lexmark T640 and found one but it comes with the cover piece. This is the part number for it, 40X2665. I was wondering if there is a place that sells just the pad or wiper with out the cover or if this is the only way to get it? Any help appreciated, thank you.

40X2665 oil fuser wipe (black housing)
40X2666 wax fuser wipe (grey housing)

item #4 in the fuser assy. this is just the drop in plastic (wand) that has the cleaner on it.
