    lexmarkT642 dead

    Hi,
replaced the fuser and about 5 hours later the printer went dead. Fuses on LVPS are good, no change with original fuser, any ideas?
    thanks in advance.

some of the lexmark fusers are shipped set on the 220v setting. u have to switch it over to 110 or u will get error codes and other problems. might want to check that. also u may have damaged the system card

I looked at fuser and could not see a switch to change to 110V. What am I looking for? Is it possible that the fuser could blow out the LVSB?
