t650 giving error 936.10 transport error. any body have this problem?

I am just now pulling machine apart to inspect and resolve. I am not new to printers but this model is new to me. I have done some simple repairs on this like replace fixing assy. It is always good to hear if someone else had this problem and found it to be something simple rather than complex. ie something jammed in gears etc. I will let you know what I find unless you respond first with a fix.

thanks no bind in gears or motor. I removed the drive assy after trying cables. I ordered a motor drive assy as that was the cheapest and I am short of time to refit motor cable connection and try it. since there was not even a noise from it anyway. System board pretty spendy. Thanks for the reply
I have my doubts this will fix it, I bet its the system board. but protocol you know. check cables and look for something odd then order the cheapest assy first and hope that one doesnt take out the other. In this case I would think if the motor assy was bad and one replaced the system board first that could happen I suppose. anyhow I will get back as soon as I install the motor assy

So was it the motor or the system board that fixed it?
